TL;DR this is Mothra, the kaiju from the Showa/Heisei Era of Godzilla films, a prehistoric giant moth and also low key the goddess of life and death and Protector of the Earth. When her timeline’s conflict between human and Kaiju escalated to the point where it was at real risk of rendering Earth uninhabitable, she had the extremely funny idea of turning all Kaiju human.
